In our first session, we’ll go over some paperwork and discuss what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. We’ll kick off with weekly 50-minute sessions, focusing on your goals and making adjustments along the way as we check in on your progress.

I'm not able to accept insurance at this time, but am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
With the exception of emergencies, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice that are not rescheduled for the same week will be charged the full session fee.
