Self esteem impacts so much of growing up, everything from making new friends, speaking up in class, and trying new activities all rely on your child or teen’s self worth. We’ll focus on celebrating their unique qualities and talents, helping them understand that it’s okay to be different. We’ll tackle the negative self-talk that can hold them back and replace it with affirmations and skills that boost their self-image. With a stronger sense of self, your child or teen will be better equipped to pursue their dreams and face challenges head-on.
Entering adulthood can be intimidating, especially when you’re grappling with low self-esteem. Believe it or not, low self-esteem can hold you back from pursuing your dream job, moving to a new city out of fear of loneliness, or even speaking up in social situations, leaving you feeling stuck and unfulfilled. In therapy, we’ll focus on strengthening your self-worth and equipping you with the confidence to take on new challenges and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.
